How long is the drive from Bangkok to Ayutthaya?
About 96 km — roughly 1 to 1.5 hours in normal traffic. Leaving before 08:00 is easiest.
How many hours do I need for an Ayutthaya day trip?
8 hours covers 4–5 temples comfortably. For a slower pace, or to add Bang Pa-In and a floating market, book 10 hours.
What is the difference between the day-trip price and the one-way price?
The one-way price (฿3,100) ends when you are dropped off in Ayutthaya. The day-trip price (฿5,350) includes the van waiting at every stop and the drive back to Bangkok.
Which vehicle should we choose?
Toyota Commuter seats 9–13 — best for families and groups with luggage. Toyota Alphard seats 6–7 in captain chairs — best for smaller groups who want premium comfort.
Can you pick us up at the airport and go straight to Ayutthaya?
Yes. We pick up at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK); send your flight number when booking. The price follows the hours you use.
Are temple entrance fees included?
No. Entrance fees are paid on site. Our price covers the vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, driver and water.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
50% deposit by bank transfer, PromptPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wise or USDT, balance on the day. Cancel at least 3 days before for a full deposit refund.
Is the driver also a guide?
Drivers know the route and can suggest restaurants and photo spots, but they are not licensed history guides. Ask us in advance if you need a guide.
