Does the daily rate include fuel?
Yes — every package includes fuel, expressway and motorway tolls, driver and drinking water. One final price, nothing added on the day.
How much is the deposit? Can I cancel?
A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due on travel day. Cancel or reschedule at least 3 days in advance for a full refund.
How does hourly charter pricing work?
Hourly packages run 3–12 hours and include 30 km per hour (e.g. 8 hrs = 240 km). Beyond the quota it's Commuter ฿25/km and Alphard ฿45/km. Send us your itinerary and we'll calculate it for free.
Any extra costs for overnight trips?
Driver's accommodation is ฿500 per night (or you're welcome to arrange a room for the driver). The van is charged per day, and fuel is paid at actual cost as usual.
Can we make stops along the way?
Of course — rest stops, restaurants, cafés, or photo spots as agreed, all within your rental hours at no extra charge. Just let your driver know during the trip.
Do you offer upcountry ↔ Bangkok transfers?
Yes — one-way drop-offs, round trips, or trips starting outside Bangkok. Send us your pick-up and drop-off points in chat for a quote.

How many people and bags fit in the van?
The Commuter has 9–13 seats. For real comfort we recommend 7–9 adults + 6–8 large suitcases. Bigger groups can travel as a convoy of several vans. Child car seats available (please book ahead).
How far ahead should I book? Do you take last-minute trips?
We recommend booking 3–7 days ahead — and 2 weeks ahead for long weekends and holidays, as vans fill up fast. Need one today or tomorrow? Message us; if a van is free, we'll take the job right away. Our team replies 24 hours a day.
Can you issue a tax invoice / receipt?
Yes — we issue receipts and supporting documents for expense claims. For corporate bookings, just share your company details when you book.
How do airport transfers work, and is there a waiting fee if my flight is delayed?
Transfers to and from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang are priced the same as central Bangkok pickups, starting from 1,500฿ for a Toyota Commuter and 3,500฿ for a Toyota Alphard. Your driver will meet you with a name sign at the designated meeting point, and we track flight arrivals in real time before setting off. There are no extra waiting charges for normal flight delays—just share your flight number when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, PromptPay, TrueMoney, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wise, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder payable on the day of travel. Just let us know your preferred method in the chat, and we'll send payment details right away.
Can your drivers speak English or other languages?
Most of our drivers speak basic English—plenty for coordinating routes, timings, and drop-off points. If you need a driver with fluent English, please let us know when booking; we'll do our best to assign one and will be upfront if none are available. Throughout your trip, our customer support team is also available 24/7 via chat in 8 languages.
Do you handle multi-day or multi-province trips?
Yes, absolutely. We cater to multi-day family holidays, corporate site visits, and multi-vehicle groups. Pricing is based on a daily charter rate plus 500 Baht per night for driver accommodation. Send us your rough itinerary in the chat, and we'll give you a single, all-inclusive price before you commit.
How do I book, and what details do you need?
Just send us a message with 5 details: your travel date and time, pickup point, destination, passenger count, and number of large luggage items. We'll reply right away with a firm quote. Once you agree, transfer the 50% deposit to lock in your booking, and we'll send your driver and vehicle details prior to departure.
