Wat Phra Phutthabat
Home to one of Thailand's most important Buddha footprint shrines, under a striking gilded mondop. The February and March pilgrimage festival draws exceptional crowds.
Muak Lek Waterfall
A mid-sized waterfall you can swim at, with a suspension bridge over the stream for photographs. Flow is strongest from late rainy season into early winter and thin in the dry months.
Thai–Danish Dairy Farm
Run by the Dairy Farming Promotion Organization, with calf feeding and a tram tour of the farm. Great for children, and the fresh milk and milk ice cream are locally famous.
Cave temples: Wat Tham Krabok and Wat Tham Dao Khao Kaeo
Quiet limestone cave temples for visitors who prefer calm to crowds. Some approaches are steep, so wear practical shoes.
Pa Sak Jolasid Dam
Thailand's longest earthen dam, with a tram along the crest and viewpoints. Late in the year the weather is pleasant and flower fields sometimes bloom along the reservoir.
Vineyards and mountain-view cafés at Muak Lek
The Muak Lek to Pak Chong stretch has several vineyards and cafés with mountain views, ideal for a break or photographs. The driver will stop wherever you have planned.
Cool air without a long drive
Muak Lek and Kaeng Khoi sit at the foot of the Khao Yai range and are noticeably cooler than Bangkok, especially from November to February — only ninety minutes away.

Frequently asked questions
How long is Bangkok to Saraburi?
About one and a half to two hours, plus another 30 to 40 minutes for Muak Lek or Kaeng Khoi. Allow extra on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, when Phahonyothin between Rangsit and Wang Noi is especially heavy.
What is included in ฿3,500?
Fuel, expressway and motorway tolls, the driver and bottled water. It is a flat one-way whole-vehicle rate. Entrance fees, meals, accommodation and ฿500 per night driver accommodation on overnight charters are separate.
Can we combine Saraburi with Khao Yai?
Yes, they are on the same road with Saraburi first. A 10 to 12 hour charter gives the most flexibility, or for an overnight stay in Khao Yai we price it as the Bangkok–Khao Yai route with stops in Saraburi en route. Send the plan and we will quote.
What booking suits a family trip to the dairy farm?
An eight-hour charter. The farm alone takes about two hours, and adding Muak Lek waterfall and a café fills the day nicely. The van waits throughout, so nobody is rushed and there is somewhere to store things and rest.
Can you transport a group to a seminar resort at Muak Lek?
Yes, corporate and seminar groups are regular work. Several vans can be booked together and drivers travel in convoy to arrive as one. Please send headcount, pick-up points and the schedule at least a week ahead.
On a full-day charter, what if we go over the time or distance?
If the van and driver stay with your group all day (same-day return or sightseeing stops), packages start at 9 hours · 270 km (Commuter ฿5,900 / Alphard ฿14,050). Extra time is ฿300 per hour for the Commuter or ฿600 per hour for the Alphard, and extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) or ฿45/km (Alphard). Entrance tickets are extra, and if you add stops or change plans along the way, we always tell you the price difference first. One-way transfers (Commuter ฿3,500 / Alphard ฿9,000) are a fixed fare with no extra time or distance charges.
