Ban Krut Beach
About 12 km of white sand lined with coconut palms and small scattered resorts, remarkably quiet even at weekends — ideal for morning and evening walks and easy swimming.
Phra Maha That Chedi Phakdi Prakat
A nine-spired chedi on Thong Chai hill overlooking the whole of Ban Krut bay, architecturally striking and open for visitors. Best in the cooler morning or late afternoon.
Mae Ramphueng Beach, Bang Saphan
Another long, peaceful beach with inexpensive seafood restaurants along the sand. Shallow water and gentle waves suit young children and older visitors.
Koh Talu
A small offshore island with coral and clear water, reached by boat from Bang Saphan pier, with day snorkelling trips available. Book ahead and check sea conditions.
Ao Bo Thong Lang and Suan Luang beach

How long is Bangkok to Bang Saphan?
About five to six hours for the 395 km along Phetkasem through Hua Hin, Pranburi and Prachuap, or up to seven on long weekends. Start early and plan one or two breaks.
How does Bang Saphan compare with Hua Hin?
It is far quieter — long beaches with almost no tourists, clearer water and noticeably cheaper rooms and food. There are no malls, night markets or nightlife, so it suits real rest rather than activity.
What is included in ฿7,000?

How many nights should we stay?
